Berlin has an unusually deep bench of body-based practitioners — somatic therapists, bodyworkers, breathwork facilitators — many of them trained across several traditions. What they share is a way of working that takes its time.

Sessions happen in studios and shared practice rooms across the city — a remise in Wedding, a quiet backyard in Kreuzberg, a top floor near Savignyplatz. Most practitioners work by appointment only.
